In early 2008, Harel Group, one of the leading insurance groups of Israel, engaged in contacts with HNS Group, to acquire the majority of the shares of the company. As of November 2008, the negotiations were completed and Harel Group became the owner of the majority of Turk Nippon Insurance’s shares.
