Please send your value loss claims to the Company Headquarters or to degerkaybi@turknippon.com, along with the following documents and a cover letter containing your contact information. For claims where payment for material damage are covered by a motor insurance policy

• Request letter (petition)
• Motor insurance surveyor report
• Accident report
• Photocopy of the license
• Invoice (if any)
• Photos of damage and repairs
• IBAN details

• Request letter (petition) stating the traffic insurance file number with our Company,
