- Photocopy of the policy,
- Travel ticket,
- Customs records (attesting the actual occurrence of the travel),
- Original copies of the invoices (showing the detailed breakdown of medical assistance provided),
- Prescriptions, medicine bills and barcodes,
- Reports issued by official authorities (Required for traffic accidents or accidents involving legal cases to occur during the travel),
- Death certificate and autopsy report, if available, (For funeral transfers),
- Bank account details.
If deemed necessary, the Insurance Company may request supplementary/additional documents.
