      • Entry and exit invoices, inventory and tax certificate (in case of commodity and fixture damages at the insured workplace),
      • Accident report or police station report (in case of vehicle crash damages),
      • Bank account details.
  2. Internal Water and Flood Damages
      • Photocopy of the policy,
      • Premium payment receipt,
      • Detailed statement on the occurrence and consequences of the damage,
      • Letter of consent for mortgaged buildings, goods and property,
      • Title deed in case of landlords, and lease agreement in case of tenants,
      • Detailed claim letter,
      • Entry and exit invoices, inventory and tax certificate (in case of commodity and fixture damages at the insured workplace),
      • If the damage was caused by a 3rd party, a statement indicating their name and address,
      • Photos of damaged property and sections,
      • Bank account details.
  3. Theft Damages
      • Photocopy of the policy,
      • Premium payment receipt,
      • Police incident report and witness reports,
      • Invoices and user manuals of stolen goods,
      • Letter of consent for mortgaged goods and property,
      • Title deed in case of landlords, and lease agreement in case of tenants,
      • Tax chart and fixtures records at businesses,
      • Bank account details,
      • A letter from the police station where the first application was made, stating that the goods were still not found (The request letter required for this document will be obtained from our Company).
  4. Storm Claims
      • Photocopy of the policy,
      • Premium payment receipt,
      • Title deed in case of landlords, and lease agreement in case of tenants,
      • Tax chart at businesses,
      • Weather report,
      • Detailed claim letter,
      • Bank account details.

      If deemed necessary, the Insurance Company may request supplementary/additional documents.
