  1. In cases of Collision/Crash
      • Photocopy of the policy,
      • Receipt for policy premium,
      • Traffic accident report (Certified copy) or material damage traffic accident report ( with original signatures of the drivers of the vehicles involved in the accident)
      • In cases where a report cannot be filed, a detailed damage statement noting the reason for the failure to file a report as well,
      • Alcohol report (Certified copy),
      • Photocopy of the traffic registration certificate (License),
      • Photocopy of the driver's license,
      • Delivery note and weighbridge receipt for vehicles carrying cargo,
      • Certificate of compliance and photos for trailer (refrigerated chassis) damages,
      • Photos of the damaged vehicle,
      • Certificate of withdrawal from traffic for heavily damaged vehicles, (The company will provide guidance on the document to be obtained after the filing of the case and the survey).
      • Scrapping certificate for scrapped vehicles, (The company will provide guidance on the document to be obtained after the filing of the case and the survey).
      • If there is a Loss Payee (e.g. pledged creditor) involved, the consent letter to be obtained from the relevant entity, Bank account details.
  2. In case the damage occurs outside the borders of the Republic of Turkey
      • Certified copy and certified translation of the report issued by the official authorities of the country where the damage occurred,
      • Damage report prepared by international surveying bureaus, and the certification of this report by the local Turkish Consulate.
  3. In case the vehicle is stolen
      • Police station registration report (Certified copy),
      • A letter from the police station where the first application was made, stating that the goods were still not found (The request letter required for this document will be obtained from our Company).
      • A letter from the auto theft desk, or from the relevant unit of the police in provinces where there is no auto theft desk, stating that the vehicle could not be found (The request letter required for this document will be obtained from our company),
      • Photocopy of the traffic license (Since the traffic license is also taken when getting a license with the stolen stamp from the registration office, a photocopy must be obtained beforehand),
      • Original copy of the traffic registration certificate (License) with the "stolen" stamp, obtained from the traffic registration branch where the vehicle is registered (The request letter required for this document will be obtained from our company),
      • Photocopy of the driver's license of the vehicle's driver,
      • No-Tax-Liability Certificate (to be obtained from the tax office),
      • Document certifying that the vehicle's registration with the finance department has been deleted (to be obtained from the tax office),
      • Original copy of power of attorney (Power of attorney template will be provided by our Company),
      • Original copies of the current comprehensive motor insurance and traffic insurance policies of the vehicle,
      • Premium payment receipts,
      • Traffic file of the vehicle (e.g. invoice and technical documents issued at the time of the purchase of the vehicle, and receipts of taxes deposited after the purchase),
      • If there is a Loss Payee (e.g. pledged creditor) involved, the consent letter to be obtained from the relevant entity,
      • Master and spare keys of the vehicle,
      • Bank account details.
  4. In case of fire damage, the following documents shall also be required
      • Firefighters’ report
  5. In case of Radio-Tape deck theft claims

      If the Radio-Tape deck is stolen, the coverage provided for original or optional equipment in your policy will lapse. In the event that another radio-tape is installed on board the vehicle, you should contact your agency for additional coverage to be added to your policy.

      • Police station application and witness-observation report (certified copy),
      • Photocopy of the traffic registration certificate (license) and driver's license,
      • If there is a Loss Payee involved, the consent letter to be obtained from the relevant entity,

      If deemed necessary, the Insurance Company may request supplementary/additional documents.
