      • Progress report (covering the date of damage),
      • Survey summary,
      • Agreement (between the contractor and the principal),
      • Meteorological report (in case of storm damage),
      • Certified copy of the fire department report (in case of fire damage),
      • Certified copy of the police department report (in case of theft damage),
      • Accounting records (invoice, delivery note etc.) for insured assets, in case of theft damage,
      • Bank account details.

      If deemed necessary, the Insurance Company may request supplementary/additional documents.
