In case of hitting, collision:

In case of the damage occurs outside the boundaries of the Republic of Turkey;

· Certified copy and certified translation of the minutes kept by the official bodies of the country in which the damage has occurred

· Damage report prepared by international survey institutions and copy of such report certified by the local Turkish Consulate

In case the vehicle is stolen:

· Minutes of the initial application to police station (certified copy),

· Letter indicating that it could not be found, which letter shall be obtained from the police station with which the initial application was filed (the necessary letter of request shall be obtained from our company)

· Letter indicating that the vehicle could not be found, which letter is to be obtained from automobile robbery office, and in provinces where automobile robbery office does not exist, from the relevant unit of the security (the letter of request necessary to take such document shall be provided by our company)

· Copy of the traffic certificate (since at the time of obtainment of license containing theft stamp from the registration directorate traffic certificate is also taken, it is necessary to take a copy beforehand)

· Original traffic registration certificate (licence) from the traffic registration branch directorate with which the vehicle is registered, having a stolen stamp on it (the necessary letter of request for this document shall be provided by our company)

· Copy of the driving licence of the driver

· Document evidencing that there are no tax debts (to be obtained from the tax department),

· Document evidencing that the record with the ministry of finance has been cancelled (shall be obtained from the tax department)

· Original power of attorney (sample power of attorney shall be provided by our Company)

· Originals of the automobile insurance and traffic policies of the vehicle,

In Case of Radio- Tape Theft:

In case of radio-tape theft, the coverage that exists in your policy as original or optional equipment shall end. In case a radio-tape is installed into the vehicle, you will need to contact with your agency in order for an additional coverage to be inserted into your policy.
