Harel Group which is one of the most important insurance groups as of the beginning of 2008 hasstarted negotiations with HNS group in order to purchase the majority shares of the company. These negotiations were completed as of November 2008 and majority shares of Türk Nippon Sigorta were transferred to Harel Group.
